Read this Privacy Policy before accessing or using this Web site or the KwickFit service.

Effective Date: This Privacy Policy was last updated on May 14, 2026.

MicroMega Solutions, LLC ("MicroMega", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit www.KwickFitOnline.com or use the KwickFit software-as-a-service application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information you submit as Customer Data to the Service for the purpose of operating your KwickFit account; that information is governed by our Data Policy.

  1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

    By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to the information collection, use, and disclosure practices described here. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

  2. Information We Collect

    We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically when you interact with the Service, and from third parties that help us operate our business.

    1. Information You Provide

      When you register for the Service, purchase a subscription, or contact support, you may provide information such as your name, company name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, account credentials, and payment information. We also collect any other information you choose to share with us, for example when you complete a form, respond to a survey, or correspond with our team.

    2. Information Collected Automatically

      When you visit the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

      • Internet protocol (IP) address.
      • Browser type, version, and language.
      • Device and operating system information.
      • Referring URL and pages viewed within the Service.
      • Date, time, and duration of visits.
      • Internet service provider.
      • Approximate geographic location (derived from IP address).
      • Diagnostic and crash data needed to keep the Service running reliably.
    3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

      We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and measure how the Service is used so we can improve it. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a Web server; cookies set by us can only be read by our servers. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your browser settings to refuse cookies. If you refuse cookies, some features of the Service may not function properly.

    4. Information From Third Parties

      We may receive information about you from payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, identity verification services, and analytics providers in connection with operating the Service.

  3. How We Use Information

    We use the information we collect to:

    • provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service;
    • create and manage your account, process payments, and bill you for the Service;
    • respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account or the Service;
    • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Use, including unauthorized automated access;
    • monitor and improve the Service, troubleshoot problems, and develop new features;
    • send service-related notices, updates, and, where permitted, marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time); and
    • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
  4. How We Share Information

    We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

    • Service Providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, analytics, and fraud prevention. These vendors are contractually obligated to use the information only as needed to provide their services to us.
    • Legal and Safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to lawful requests by public authorities, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of MicroMega, our users, or others.
    • Business Transfers. If MicroMega is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
    • With Your Consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your consent.
  5. Cookies, Analytics, and Do-Not-Track

    We use first-party and third-party analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no industry standard for such signals has been finalized.

  6. Data Retention

    We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need information, we will delete or anonymize it, except where retention is required by law. Customer Data retention is described in our Data Policy.

  7. Security

    We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Service.

  8. Your Choices

    You may access, update, or correct your account information at any time by signing in to the Service. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages; we will continue to send transactional or service-related communications necessary to operate your account. You may close your account by contacting support@micromeg.com.

  9. Children's Privacy

    The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@micromeg.com.

  10. Third-Party Sites

    The Service may include links to third-party Web sites or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of any third-party site or service you visit.

  11. U.S.-Based Service

    The Service is operated from the United States and is intended for users in the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.

  12. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
