This Data Policy describes how MicroMega Solutions, LLC handles the data you submit to the KwickFit service.
Effective Date: This Data Policy was last updated on May 14, 2026.
This Data Policy is issued by MicroMega Solutions, LLC ("MicroMega", "we", "us", or "our") and applies to "Customer Data" - the panel sizes, part sizes, array sizes, spacing values, panel and array borders, layout defaults, design comments, notes, configuration, and any other information that you or users on your account submit to or generate within the KwickFit software-as-a-service application (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; the Privacy Policy governs personal information collected through the KwickFitOnline.com Web site and account administration.
As between you and MicroMega, you retain all rights, title, and interest in your Customer Data. MicroMega claims no ownership of Customer Data and does not sell or license Customer Data to third parties. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and intellectual-property rights related to your Customer Data.
You grant MicroMega a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process your Customer Data solely to:
MicroMega will not access the content of your Customer Data for any other purpose without your prior consent or unless required by law.
Customer Data is associated with the KwickFit account into which it was entered and is not shared with other accounts. Access within your account is controlled by the permissions you assign through the Service. Even when access is granted through KwickFit permissions, Customer Data is not made accessible outside the KwickFit account to which it was entered.
Authorized MicroMega personnel may access Customer Data only to the extent necessary for the permitted uses described in this Data Policy.
MicroMega does not use Customer Data to train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, or otherwise develop machine learning models, large language models, foundation models, generative AI systems, or any product or service offered to third parties. We do not authorize any third party to use Customer Data for these purposes.
MicroMega uses a limited set of third-party sub-processors to host the Service and to provide supporting infrastructure (such as cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and error monitoring). These sub-processors are contractually obligated to handle Customer Data only as needed to provide their services to MicroMega and to maintain commercially reasonable security controls.
The Service is hosted in the United States. By submitting Customer Data, you acknowledge that it will be stored and processed in the United States.
MicroMega maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Customer Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards include, among others, encrypted transport for data in transit, restricted administrative access, account-scoped data isolation, audit logging of administrative actions, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, and MicroMega does not warrant that Customer Data will be free from unauthorized access.
MicroMega performs regular backups of Customer Data for purposes of business continuity and disaster recovery. Backups are retained for a rolling period and are encrypted at rest. Backups are not intended as a self-service restore mechanism for accidental customer deletions; if you need assistance recovering data, contact support@micromeg.com and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to help.
MicroMega retains Customer Data for as long as your account is active and, unless you request otherwise, after your account is cancelled or terminated. We do not automatically delete Customer Data on cancellation or termination. Retaining Customer Data after termination allows us to support account reactivation, respond to follow-up inquiries, and comply with legal obligations, dispute-resolution needs, and enforcement of our agreements.
You may request export or deletion of your Customer Data, in whole or in part, at any time by contacting support@micromeg.com from the email address associated with your account. We will verify the request and respond within a commercially reasonable time frame. Following a verified deletion request, Customer Data will be removed from active production systems, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Residual copies in encrypted backups will age out in the ordinary course according to our backup retention schedule and will not be restored into production.
You are responsible for:
If MicroMega becomes aware of a confirmed unauthorized acquisition of, access to, or disclosure of Customer Data on systems we control, we will notify affected account owners without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law. Notification will describe, to the extent then known, the nature of the incident, the categories of data involved, and the steps MicroMega is taking in response.
As described in our Terms of Use, automated access to the Service - including scraping, crawling, headless-browser automation, unattended bots, and AI agents acting on a user's behalf - is prohibited except through interfaces that MicroMega expressly designates as programmatic APIs. These restrictions apply to access to Customer Data as well as to public content.
MicroMega may update this Data Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to the account owner. Your continued use of the Service after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Data Policy.
